BADFLYER CROWN SYSTEM™

Everyone can wear a crown. Not everyone earns one.

Membership & Email

Crown membership is optional and is separate from the ability to shop at BadFlyer. Enrollment requires a valid email address, acceptance of these Crown terms, and consent to receive BadFlyer marketing email. Customers may shop without joining Crown. Marketing preferences can be changed as permitted by applicable law. Ending marketing consent may make a member ineligible for future Crown earning or member communications, subject to applicable law and any rights already earned.

Earning Crowns

Eligible members earn 1 Crown for each $1 of eligible merchandise spend actually paid after discounts. Tax, shipping, gift cards, refunded amounts, cancelled amounts, fraudulent transactions, owner or staff checkout tests, and other transactions BadFlyer reasonably determines are ineligible do not earn Crowns. Eligible spend is rounded down to whole Crowns. Only qualifying purchases after program launch and after enrollment earn Crowns; past orders are not credited.

Ambassadors retain the applicable existing ambassador discount on eligible merchandise and earn Crowns on the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after that discount.

Reward Value & Redemption

100 Crowns may be redeemed for a $5 Crown reward, subject to eligibility and these terms. Each 100 Crowns redeems one single-use $5 reward code. Only one Crown reward may be used per order. Crowns are promotional loyalty units, have no cash value, are not cash, are not gift cards, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Crown rewards can combine with eligible product discount codes. Crown rewards do not combine with other order or shipping discounts, and only one Crown reward may be used per order. Earning Crowns while using an applicable ambassador discount is permitted; Crowns are calculated on eligible merchandise paid after all discounts.

Program Status

All eligible Crown members earn the same base rate. This version has no VIP tiers or purchase multipliers. BadFlyer ICON is separate from Crown membership and is selected by BadFlyer.

Ambassador Referral Hoodie

The existing Ambassador referral benefit remains separate from ordinary customer referrals. Five verified unique friends who successfully sign up for the BadFlyer Ambassador Program through attribution to the referring ambassador earn that ambassador one free Classic-style BadFlyer Hoodie. BadFlyer verifies qualifying sign-ups and may reject duplicates, self-referrals, fabricated accounts, previously existing ambassadors, or other non-genuine sign-ups. The earned reward must be redeemed through BadFlyer’s designated reward process so the qualifying ambassador can select an available size. Availability, sizing, style details, and substitutions if the designated item becomes unavailable will be communicated at redemption. Referral progress and redeemed rewards are tracked to prevent duplicate fulfillment.

Returns, Cancellations & Corrections

Crowns and rewards attributable to cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible activity may be removed. If a reward has already been used when the underlying earning activity is reversed, BadFlyer may deduct the corresponding Crown amount from the member balance, including creating a negative balance to be offset by future earning, where permitted by law. BadFlyer may correct clerical, technical, attribution, duplicate-credit, or calculation errors.

Crown Balance

This version does not apply automatic Crown expiration. Members can view their balance through the Crown reward program.

Program Changes, Suspension & Termination

BadFlyer may modify, suspend, or end the Crown System, earning opportunities, tiers, reward values, or benefits prospectively when reasonably necessary for business, operational, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required. BadFlyer will administer already-earned benefits in accordance with applicable law and the terms in effect when they were earned, subject to fraud, error correction, expiration, and other stated limitations.

BadFlyer may suspend or terminate membership for fraud, abuse, manipulation, resale of rewards, duplicate or fabricated accounts, harassment, or material violation of program terms. Decisions will be made in good faith based on available records.

General

Membership is personal to the enrolled customer and is not transferable. Rewards are subject to product availability and any stated exclusions. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account and email information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law controls.

By enrolling in Crown, a customer acknowledges the Crown terms.
