Crown is BadFlyer’s optional purchase rewards program. Eligible enrolled members earn 1 Crown for each $1 of eligible merchandise paid after discounts, rounded down to whole Crowns. Each 100 Crowns can be redeemed for one $5 reward.

Sign in to your BadFlyer account, read the Crown terms, and select “Accept terms & join Crown.” Creating a store account does not enroll you in Crown. Membership requires a valid email address, terms acceptance, and consent to BadFlyer marketing email. You can shop without joining.

Only eligible merchandise purchased after program launch and after enrollment earns Crowns. Tax, shipping, gift cards, refunds, cancellations, internal checkout tests, and ineligible activity do not earn Crowns. Past orders are not credited. Eligible purchases using an ambassador discount earn on the amount paid after that discount.

"},{"title":"How do I redeem Crowns?","content":"

Use 100 Crowns for a single-use $5 reward. One Crown reward per order. Can combine with eligible product discounts. Other order and shipping discounts do not combine.

"},{"title":"Do Crowns expire, and are there VIP or birthday rewards?","content":"

This version has no automatic Crown expiration, VIP multipliers, birthday bonuses, or ordinary customer referral rewards. ICON remains separate. The Ambassador Program’s verified referral hoodie benefit is administered separately by BadFlyer.

"},{"title":"What happens when an order is returned or cancelled?","content":"

Crowns associated with returned, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or reversed activity may be removed. Item refunds deduct the applicable Crowns. Amount-only refunds and other exceptions are reviewed manually. If a redeemed reward’s earning activity is reversed, BadFlyer may adjust the balance, including a negative balance where permitted by the Crown terms.
